New frame need advice

Hey guys i have acquired a frame from cl so i need to kno if i need a torque converter or just a clutch i have a hf 212cc it has 20 inch tires 8 inch rims on back and has anybody seen a frame like this no labels or anything its much lighter than it looks

id say a TC cuz tires are too big and a clutch might not do the job

I currently have a Yerf-Dog with 8 inch rims and 20 inch tires in the back, and trust me.. a TC is HIGHLY recommended

So where and which one should i buy its a size 40 sprocket
