The chain is skipping so either the chain is out of line or the sprocket center isn't perfectly center or the chain may be too loose or tight

you checked your sprockets for wear?

if the sprocket teeth are pointy or asymmetrical already.. you must replace them.

show a pic of both your sprockets.
