I have been searching the web for a couple of months with no luck so far. Please help me ID it so I can start to return it to it's original state. I have checked the usual
weird areas to find a serial number, but no luck. Only identifiers i see are that it has Airheart brakes, a Kelch steering wheel, and a seat with the letters P L on it. I have also never seen a single steering hoop that branches into 3 at the bottom like this.

Oh that's indeed a tough one..
any chance you can peel off some more paint from the disc hub?

it's manufacturer is from omaha .. but what's it's name (abbreviation?)?
ends with a G ...

maybe we can piece it together *shrugs*

That seat support reminds me of Margay, but the rest doesn't...

MFG that did such fancy seat supports include Margay, Invader(at least for prototypes) , ProLine and maybe Hartman

Closest IMHO is Invader, followed by Margay.

Airheart isn't telling, it was the GoTo break for most of the american karts..
the Kelch steering wheel is rather unique IMHO..
unfortunately since Mancos had the msot famous Kelch steering wheels;
it's tough to find anything BUT said Manco steering wheel with ordinary search tools.

But I think it's fair to assume a late seventies to mid eighties kart model.
more than likely it's an american manufacturer (measure the tube diameter to be sure)

And chances are mfg is (was?) Omaha based since simple parts like disc hubs were usually inhouse parts back in those days ;)

After removing more paint, it is G&G. They manufacture that and another part on the kart and have been around since the 40s. I also found "52MS" which is the part number for the bearing flange. Elsewhere i saw "BCA C-100" which is the bearing part number. I can't seem to locate any other identifying markings. Hmmm..
