Need the right clutchive and failed..

I have yerf dog and my gy6 was spent so I put a kolner v twin 20 power on and it has a 1 and 1/8 shaft .. I welding a sprocket on the electric pro clutch just hoping.. well I'm sure y'all know it didn't work out for me.. I made a clutch out if centrifugal clutch from a tractor or ATV I'm not sure and it failed as well. I just don't know what I need for sure. Please help asap.. I put a lot of time into this motor and buggy. I just want to ride!!!

Do like Hellion says. The 44 series is going to be a little pricey, but the 1&1/8" shaft is pretty rare in the go kart world. Your tires are to big and no clutch is going to hold up regardless of horsepower. Having a GY6 engine originally, your rear axle sprocket is probably in the 40 tooth range. You need a 10 tooth driving a 60 tooth. A 54 will work, but that's the minimum.
