Hey, I have had some trouble with my carb on the yerf dog go kart. I first tried to set the float but it did nothing much so I set the throttle and that did nothing, its really clean! help?

We're going to need a lot more detail. What's it doing, and for how long has it been doing it? Did something happen that coincided with it?
"Really clean" can be very decieving. It takes only the tiniest particle of crap in the wrong little spot to bugger a carb up.
Are you even certain the carb is the problem?

Okay, so the Go-Kart will start for a few seconds, and then quit. Now, I have also tried running it with the throttle, and sometimes it will simply die, and other times it starts to gurgle, and then dies.
It ran fine for a while, than we got a Carb re-build, under suspicion of a rich mixture, but after replacing the fuel needle valve, and adjusting the float, and adjusting the idle speed, this issue arose.
Nothing happened before, or during the rebuild... (No missing parts, etc.)
OH, one thing to point out,
as soon as it is started, it goes. I don't press the throttle, or anything... Liddle Rip just starts rollin'.
I've examined the carb fairly closely, and it is quite immaculate. What I mean by 'Really Clean' is 'REALLY clean'. lol
I am fairly positive that it's the carb, or idle control. As I stated before, 100% sure that its running rich, and after messing with it, more problems arose.
