Need parts for new project

Got the engine running and now it looks like we need a throttle cable any suggestions on where to go? and are all parts just universal parts or specific to this model? Like I said we are very new at this!

That is a cool looking Kart, I've Never seen anything like it. So definitely some very specific parts. Buut the Old Briggs is just that and should be easy to hook up a throttle.

OMG!!!!! You're in Oregon....you are so screwed....you can't get anything there!!!!!! Just kidding....yeah, with very slight differences....cables are pretty much universal....the differences being: strength, length, and terminal connections.....so some pics of what the ends of your cable looks like might help.....

I always use bicycle brake cables on my stuff. You can get long ones from bike shops.
