Need New rim but have no idea where to get it

So i bought a go cart and turns out the bearings were shot in the back tires. Took them off and found this on the drive tire. The spot where the bearing should go in is all rounded out and now won't hold the bearing. I can't seem to find the center part anywhere to replace it. This is a split rim tire does anyone have any idea where to get this piece or what it is really called.

its 6" what sizes are needed, sorry don't know much about this but have a tape measure and can find out.

That is a Carter clover hub, with some obnoxiously "different to all the other wheels"
bolt hole circle.

You will need to buy a rim and dual hub for your axle anyways, since neither the hub, nor a wheel with the matching bolt hole circle is available anywhere
(other than it showing up by sheer luck on ebay or craigslist)
