Need larger tire/wheel options

I just purchased an old 90's Manco 415. It has 410x3.50x4 and 410x3.50x5 wheels. The shafts are 5/8 and uses a single band brake on the driven wheel. I would like to get some larger wheels and tires for improved traction for off road motoring. Is there any cheep steel wheels and tire combinations that you could direct me to?

I have 145 X 70 X 6 2-Ply Tubeless Knobby Tires on the front and 15x5.00x6 snow hogs on the rear (wish I had went with 15x5.00x6 snow hogs on back)
As this is only used on the grass/dirt/mud these have make it a TON of fun for the kids who love being covered in 2" of mud at the end of the day and it really shreds the trail up

I am running 6" wheels
just in case you don't know the last # is the wheel size

I know how the tire size is broken down. Thanks for the link anyways. What rim did you use. The tire you suggested looks like exactly what I need.
