The simplest way would be to attach the cable to the existing throttle arm, with a return spring on the other side; you would also probably need to figure out how the tension is held on the stock throttle arm & illeviate it so it moves freely...

I suggest you familiarise yourself with the forum rules; so far, you've broke two by posting two identical threads (the other has been deleted) & by posting consecutive posts in each of those two threads... 4 posts that now count a one...

In that case, we need better, clearer pics of the throttle arm setup; I can't see past the choke linkages at that distance...

On the carb, there should be a small tab on the right hand side;
look closely, it should have a groove and a threaded bore.

That is originally (for differently controlled engines) the choke cable bracket; well half of it ;)
the rest is a bolt and a washer :D

it will happily take a control cable, that you can attach to the throttle lever (part a on your pics)
Just make sure you add a return spring to the other side of the throttle, the pedal return will not help ;)

Oh and you would need to disconnet the original machanism of course.

here's a hint:

I haven't.. but here's what I'd do:
drill a small hole (red dot)
and cut the cable (two red lines)

thread the cable through the hole (from underneath!)
and attach a cable end

do not forget to add a return spring (said it before, and might say it again ;)) strong enough to move that lever back to idle!
