Need info. On what part( rear wheel separating from cart posing a flip over) recalled on 2005 Carter Go Cart mod. # 2606-3017. Company is close Help please!!

I wouldn't spend any more time researching this. Carter has been out of business for years, finding parts other than standard generic ones or any documentation will be a challenge. Measure what you have then replace any questionable parts with something that's a close match. At least this way you'll have new parts with a warranty. There are several parts vendors out there that can hook you up.
