Just so you know. Most yard karts are pretty generic and parts will interchange from brand to brand with little to no modification. I think that is the real reason no companies make them anymore. They are so easy to build, most are built at home.

Looks homebuilt, and not very well at that.
Sorry.
At first I thought so too but upon inspection it looks like it has parts cut off on the sides but everything looks like if it was they had the proper tools to form the bends and weld it up, I'm thinking import. Just not sure what. I've looked at home built, welds and bends are the indicators I look for.

I got to stay with my first answer. Those bends can be faked by using prebent material from something else.
Lol, it's a manufactured cart, found out its mising the 32 roadster body. Funny tho your goin off a horrible quality picture. Took to a shop and the owner was able to identify what it used to be by actually seeing the details on the chassis. There quick release mounts on it for the body, sadly the ID tags are all gone. Everything matched this model even wheels, I have all four aluminum ITP wheels. Ill get better picture but it seems like you'll just say it's a homebuilt. But like I've said took it in to a shop and confirmed not home built it used to have a body
