Need help with torque converter Setup.

Hey guys I'm getting this predator and torque converter setup with the jackshaft I made. The tq came from something else I had and has no belt. How do I go about figuring the center line between the drive and jackshaft? Also I'm gonna need a belt, so I need to figure that out also.

Alright here is some pics. First, is this set up going to work? Do I need to reverse the driven pulley, or can I just take off the red spring and replace with a yellow?
