Hi I have some ideas but missing some key things. I am not worried about tools or material. I want to cut the frame behind the seat connect it back together with shock mounting brackets, shocks, and possibly 1x1 inch square tubing for support. The axel is split into two not live. The end result should make the body of the frame sit higher than the rear axel and motor. I will post more photos if necessary.

Whoever built that frame (because it's obviously home made) didn't do so with suspension or articulation in mind so, you're gonna have a bit of a battle on your hands...

The first thing you need to do is brace the frame where you intend to cut it, ie: weld in another bar across the frame. Then you need to create adequate pivots & mounting points for the shocks.

From the diagram, I don't really understand what you're trying to achieve, can you explain it a bit more?

The way your drawing shows your shocks it wont work, you gotta do oike i did here. Cut off the frame and add swingarm.

Yeah that's cool I could do it easy but isn't there the whole chain tension problem. I will be using a torque converter with jackshaft set up

The last pic show the motor plate where the motor is placed, no tensioner problems. Motor is mounted on the moving member of the machine.

If the entire drive assembly (engine, axle & trans) is mounted in the swing arm then no problem as it all moves together...

Below is a quick sketch of another idea for mounting the shocks without the need for a roll bar
