need help with rim and tire info

can i use a 15 x 5.00-6 tire with this rim?
seems like i could except for width being 4" and the tire width is 5"
would that mattter that much or could i get away with it?

if i cant use the rim anyone know of a rim that would be suitable and could
provide a link, that would be awesome im finding it hard to find a rim
bolt circle has to be (2 13/16th) for the hubs im using

below is the info given about rim on website

Product Specs:
  • 4 hole split rim with 2 13/16" bolt circle and 2" center hole
  • Outside width is 4"
  • Outside Diameter is 7 1/4"
  • Bead width is 3.2"
  • Outside Diameter for Tire is 6"
  • Comes with nuts, bolts, and washers

The correct way to measure rim width is from bead to bead, that means they're actually 3.2" wide rims.
But that's still pretty close to the rim width that Carlisle recommends for those tires.
Narrow rims will result in more sidewall flex but I'd guess that tire & rim combination would work fine.
