What am I missing below the steering wheel?
I have two spindles along with 2 tie rods but I can't figure out how they mount.
I have a feeling I'm missing some pieces that go below the steering wheel?
Also the steering wheel does not move freely it is very tough to spin one way and even tougher to spin the other?
Thanks in advance

Thanks.
It's a simple system. The steering rod is connected to the steering wheel. Then it travels down through 2 slip sleeves. One at the top of the support hoop and the other at the frame. That's it. On mine there is a piece of angle iron that acts as a shaft retainer and steering bump stop.

I'm betting your frame is twisted and/or the steering shaft is bent. Mine were and I had to tweak the lower slips to re alighn.

Here's a few pics of mine. Slightly different but the same concept applies.

Mckutzy I thought you were a vet around here.

It's a 25lb lead block we cast.
The karts have bad under steer and this helped tremendously. Weight on the front tires helps grip and turn.
I put one on each dingo.

I am... About 10yrs here soon...
I sadly dont however pay as much attention to the karts as to the bikes... but am learning....

Kinda forgot about the needed front end grip on those machines...

Did you even look at the manual I provided for you in that other thread? The exploded view diagram as well as the part name and number, especially, can help you in Gewgle searches for parts.

Even though Manco is partially defunct (the old stuff), some parts still exist in the marketplace and others can be cross-referenced via part #.

You ought to at least mount both spindles since you claim to have them. Do you have the other suspension spring?

Don't follow Whitetrashrocker's pedals though. He has them on backwards.

Looks like you are only basically missing two tie rods that go to that flange UNDER the steering rod. One mounted on each side of that flange with the bolt hole in it under the steering shaf and look for the flange on the rear top of the spondle with a bot hole in it. Lawn mower shops also sell the adjustable tie rods too. You have to make sure it points UP or DOWN, but maybe down like in your photo( I'm not used to seeing them that far back).... Make sure your steering wheel is centered and neutral and measure from behind the spindle area to the steering area and get two at that length. They are adjustable so make sure your measurement fall somewhere in between what the tie rods will adjust IN and OUT from. That way you can adjust toe in or out.
