Need help with design

I am new to all this but have been wanting to do this for a long time. I do not have a lot of money and do not want to just start without a plan and waist metal. I want to build a two seeter cart with a swing arm type back and A-arms in front. Does any one have some plans for free that could help me get started?????? This projects would take me a long time because I want this to be perfect. I have been looking all over this site and there are a lot of great ideas but no dimensions. I am exited to start. Thanks guys. OOOOO. all I have is a dewalt grinder, $250 dollar wire feed welder and a dewalt compound miter chop saw for wood. I cant find a metal blade for my chop saw.

chop saw needs an abrasive blade. you seam to have the tools, drill is also needed, i dont know how often you use the tools but de-walt is expensive! shop at harbor freight.as for plans

those have full independent suspension which is great. i'm not sure how good the plans are, anyone used them? what your thinking of making isn't to complicated, except for the front independent suspension, but many people on this site can help.
ive had only small problems with the scorpion but others have had big problems with the arachnid which is based of the grand daddy, so be extremely cautious and get many opinions on these plans.

AVOID SPIDER KARTS!!!!! Their plans get shakier the more complex the plans. Their customer service...ISN'T. Their member forums are as good as dead. Edge looks good. Does the Barracuda come with with ladies?

yea, complicated spider carts, are complicated spider farts, lol, hope fully spider carts will fix the ah crap nids many problems, then we can give them respect. the smaller stuff they make just need a few revisions.
