Need help with brake

I have a mini bike with an internal brake drum hooked up to my sprocket on my rear wheel. When I spin my rear tire it does one full rotation then the brake locks up automatically. I need help and do not know what to do.

the rear tire doesn't completely lock up, but the spin slows down a lot.

I: friction. start with lessening the adjustment knob if equipped. If that doesn't do it . Loosen the axle nut a quarter turn.

If you upload to you tube or vimeo etc first Yes.

My brakes drag too on my Kart. But it does not effect anything.
They are not locked, they are just right there ready to work.

on the tire if i spin it with my hand it will stop spinning after 2 full rotations it will extremly slow down after 1

it always hits this one spot and bam it barely moves

It will be the little knob and the end of your brake rod. It's attached to the lever that is attached to the hub. If you turn it counter clockwise does that help.
