Hey guys, I'm really at my wits end right now and this being my first motor vehicle ever I refuse to give up. I have a 8hp Briggs and Stratton sitting on a random frame. I'm 90% sure the drive wheel with the sprocket on it has a 6 inch rim and 11 inch tire. I'm replacing the opposite wheel but I want the exact same size that the other wheel is so it sits flat. My problem is I cannot find the right size rim and tire for a 3/4" axle. I'm not sure if I can put a 1" bore rim on it unless I had a 3/4" bore hub to put on the rim but I don't even know if that's work. I'm a complete noob at this so please any help is much appreciated I just need pointed in the right direction so I can order the parts. I can post pictures of everything tomorrow. Thanks in advance!

Pictures will really help here. The tire should have a size stamped on it on the side. Is the tire and wheel you are replacing completely missing, or just in need of replacement?

I understand you are new. But you say Axle, and Live axle. But you also said "Drive wheel" with the sprocket on it.
which would indicate a dead axle? It this that kart where the Axle runs through a tube?
I think we will have to wait for pictures to help much.

It may very well be....but...looking at a pic beats ten posts and a thousand words. (Just hope they're not HUGE!

I understand I need to post pictures but I'm not home right now when I get home ill be sure to post pictures its a 3/4 live axle the left wheel is the only wheel on it and it measures out to 11 inches on the tire (its kinda low so its probably 12) and 6 and a half inches on the rim. I can't read anything printed on the side of the tire except for Manco. I do not have a wheel on the right side of the go kart so I just need the same size wheel and tire as the one on the left or completely replace them both but I really don't have the money for that. Im definitely posting pictures when I get back of the measurements and everything.

My one question before I post pictures is can I put a wheel with a 1 inch bore on it with a 3/4 inch bore live axle hub? I have about 70 to spend on the wheel and everything will be running so I just need an answer to that question

Hate to beat a dead horse, But Without the pics I can only say NO to your one Question.
A 1" bore wheel, needs to go on a 1" axle. The "hub" on the 3/4 Axle??? well Hub usually means they use bolt on wheels like a car with lug nuts. So you need a bolt on wheel not as 1"bore wheel. I dunno we need the pics. LOL

Oh and dont drive stoned, Even if you just wanna.
