if it s on road then there is thread dedicated to online supplyers of parts

I want it to be able to handle off road but still preform on the road, I have 2 sets of tires for an 8" rim, one is really knobby, and the others look like mini car tires. I thought if I could get two sets of rims, I could just change my tires for on or off road. Do you think that my engine will be strong enough? Have to make a shifter though.

You can get away with the tire change thing easily as long as they are approximately the same overall diameter. Otherwise, your ideal gear ratio for one set won't work well for the other. If they have to be different, it's better to have the offroad tires smaller, and your gear ratio set for the larger, on-road tires.

EDIT- Is the Rebel 250 air- or water- cooled? I bought a 250 Virago for an offroad project, but I have to pay attention to cooling.
