Need help throttle/governor linkage please!

I just picked up a 5hp briggs and stratton 206cc go kart. I can't figure out or find a diagram of how to hook up the throttle and governor linkages. I believe the springs are missing but don't know where to hook them up to. If anyone can help id appreciate the input. I am attaching pics of the setup I have. I know the rod from the governor arm in pic #2 connects to the top butterfly on top of the carb but cant figure out what i need and am missing for springs.

why not just remove the governor and hook throttle up directly to the carb??

can u tell me where to hook up the throttle direct to carb?? ie which part it should be pulling and mounting points i have the old black 5hp b&S thanks Rich
