Make sure the actuating arm is in the right direction for the brake rod to attach to( a push or pull).
If you can, slide the sprocket and disc over a bit, put the actuator half on the bracket.
Move the disc back, and replace the other stationary half of the caliper.
Bolt together.
Don't for get to bolt down the disc to the axle(A second look, looks like your axle is a hex shaft? It may really not much a matter as it can't spin on the shaft so not much a problem) ; And especially don't forget the little bullet rod(the domed end towards the actuator arm).

I hear ya buddy....
My first brake on my bike was the bottom one. What a pain in the butt trying to make a bracket for that caliper.
If you were closer, I'd just give the other one I have.

Thanks. I should double check next time before I order something. I noticed it was cheaper on the website then EBay. $42 on Ebay & $30 on the website

That is because ebay takes 8% of the sellers money. They take 8% of the total sale yep tax and shipping. Sometimes ebay is still cheaper, If you are buying from a surplus liquidator, but For example bmi the website should be cheaper than ebay.
