Maybe take the diff apart, clean it and post pics first

U may be able to lock it without totat destruction of if

It may pay to post some more pics of the actual diff
U only have to lock 1 shaft to the housing and its totally locked

As in u may be able to make a cheap diff lock

I've heard of the Lincoln locker but we call it the cig locker
It's a performance upgrade for the 18 yr olds $500 drift car:roflol:

please go to manage attachments and add the pics as thumbnails

iv got a large laptop and they still dont fit on the screen

to crack it apart it loks like u have got tha bolts out

but first u must try to get both axles out of the diff if iu cant then dont worry

to crack it u must first take a center punch and put a center pop on each join
so the first join u put 1 pop on one peice and 1 on the other peice

this is so when u reassemble it everything goes back in the correct operantion
its a good practice even if it can probs go togaether any way u always try to put it back as the OEM wanted, in paticular with drive lines as it is likely it is ballenced

now either ap it on the ground a few times or gently tap the joint with a hammer (u can belt it if u have a soft plastic, rubber or wood one)

it should come apart
if it just cracks and there is a little gap in the joint then u an get a screw driver in there and slowly work around increaseing the gap

dont worry if it comes apart and **** goes everywhere, they are really quite simple to reassemble but watch for any escapeing ball bearings or needles
