Need help identifying this part

I just picked up this manco eliminator lx with the Subaru Engine 5hp. I’m having a hard time trying to identify this broken part. It looks like it slides onto the shaft to keep it centered. The manual says it is a 1.25 washer but not sure if that is the correct part. Any help on where to source a new one would be greatly appreciated! Thanks

Yea, you’re missing a bunch of other parts also. You’re going to need a new centrifugal clutch, washer, lock washer and bolt. Or now would be a great time to convert it to TAV II.
