Need help identifying my cart....Ken Bar Streaker

If anyone can lend a hand, I have a go kart that I know is made by Ken Bar and it is a yellow 2 seater unit. The serial number is gone but it says on the sticker in front of the seat High Performance Pacesetter, and has streaker on the passenger floor. I have searched and searched for a model number and cannot for the life of me find this kart for replace ment part reasons. It use to be an electric start unit, belt driven I believe but has since been converted to a pull start chain drive.

Any insite appreciated as I know this has to be a number of years old.

Photos and have you tried kenbar's website to find a close one. They probably have a lot of universal parts within kenbar not to mention just go kart parts in general.

I have checked the website and it does appear there are many similiar models.

I can upload a pic tomorrow if that might help.

Well, I can say with moderate confidence that you have a kenbar streaker. Parts shouldn't be too tough to find being a production kart. I've seen a few on my local CL.

I did not see a link posted but this is the kart, yet is is factory yellow not red. I realize the cart is a streaker but on the ken bar site for replacement parts, streaker is not an option it has numeric models to choose from.

well its definitely a ken bar streaker. id contact the craigslist guy see if he knows.

Good luck on finding parts. I bought one of these and have had problems since day one, axle fell off, bent tie rods, (can't get the right size from Ken-Bar) belt drive bracket broke off. My unit has only been ridden for mayby an hour total. i live 2 miles from ken-bar and have been there many times for parts. No luck what so ever getting the right replacement parts.Good luck.
