sorry dude well idk im working on a briggs and straton 10hp engine and the carb wont come off 4 some reason iv taken everthing off need it should just slide off at this point

It's possible it's simply stuck on the inlet gasket. Try lightly tapping on it with a small hammer around the base.

Try glancing taps with a deadblow or soft-faced mallet. Do not use a metal hammer, and do not try to pry it off. Option b: Drain oil and fuel, and flip the whole danged thing upside-down...
