Need Help! ( a list) credit up for grabs!

I am making my first simple go kart and i need a list of what parts i would need to use to make one. The go kart is a lawn mower engine powered with one seat and a good steer and brake mechanism. can you please give me a list and a blue print of how to make one. All credit to you..

If it's a vertical shaft lawnmower engine you're planning on using, "you're gonna have a bad time". If you're able to get a horizontal shaft engine however, "you're gonna have a good time". It's a lot more difficult to adapt a vertical lawnmower engine to make a kart. Do-able but difficult. Harbor Freight sells some cheap-o engines that would be good for something simple.
