Need Brake part help

Hi All,
During some repair work I removed the brake from a my 60s Fox Karts gokart.
The part looks damaged and I wonder if this is available anymore.
Where can I purchase this part, just the internal section.
I don't want to change the braking system just the part.

if you have accsess to a lathe, that looks simple to make.

Thats one of those taper lock things, they are still used quite a bit today for pulleys and such. You might try going to an industrial supply type place and seeing whats available.
