Need brake help

Ok i got my duece running only thing wrong now is the kart does like 40 if u give it enough room but brakes are crap dont stop it at all slowes it down a little already ran into the shed, the house and the side of my truck (thank god for neef bars) any ideas of what i could replace them with something kinda cheap as im in alot more than expected its got twin disc brakes so i only need calipers

please do not expect us searching for your previous images in older threads.
(or at least link to such thread)

discs that rusted call for replacement;
too much rust to remove to NOT affect stopping power from what little I can see

While you're at it.. get new brake pads as well.. chances are they're as old and rotten as the discs.

(you might try new pads first, and then decide if you need new discs as well... your call)
