The green one is indeed one of those generic chinese gy6 karts...
like a twister hammerhead or carter talon or Kandi and alike
Your missing the engine subframe though... (gy6 150cc)

it's closest most recent relative is likely the XT150Gk8 (maybe GK6) Kinroad
http://www.alibaba.com/product-detail/XT150GK-8-KINROAD-150cc-Go-Kart_60302322518.html

PS without a serial number it's nearly impossible to find make and model.
at least take a pic of all the decals... sometimes a typo can identify the chinese company selling them.

I have the engine and subframe, missing nearly every bolt but they are there. I will take pictures of everything once I get some time and post em up, thanks for the help so far.

Sadly the second sticker is an exact copy of the Honda Warning hangtag for ATVs...
which indeed is just another proof that it's nothing but generic chinese stuff you're dealing with.

And yes that holds true for what some people think are US companies (acting as nothing but namegiver and importer)

Anywhoo..

first sticker is the EXACT sticker (incl the codenumber on the bottom)
that can be found on a Baja DN150 (yet another one of the aforementioned chinese karts with a US brandname) likely any BAJA labelled kart..

but your's is not a Baja.. at least none I've seen looked anything like yours :(

Sad.. but that's not as helpful as I hoped it'd be..

Linhai sold Buggies on their own though... under the Xingling brand.
Maybe it's one of those (not too far fetched assumption.. not exactly rooted in anything but your engine and the alikeness of these generikarts [one word ;)])

Anywhoo..
if your centercap on the steering wheel looks like a volume knob and as a four arm spiral,
it left the same factory as Ace Powersports (MaXXam) and Xingling, Roketa and at least two others which names I cannot remember atm.

Wow so much information, would you know where I could possibly get a generic manual of something with the same drivetrain? That's all I would need.. otherwise I thought of possibly making my own predator 420cc setup with what I have..

Thank you for all your help and knowledge so far,
