How critical are those tire dimensions? They're a bit odd. I've been thinking about this for a few minutes, and am striking out so far.
What's the application?

Pretty rough dimensions I suppose. Could squeeze 3 3/4" in width perhaps. It is to go on a mini chopper I am making.

That's too bad. I was thinking of the tire/wheel combo on my little utility trailer. It's a 4.80x4x8. Diameter is about 15" (ish) and max width is 4-5". The standard 4-on-4 wheel will fit the mfg supply hub.

EDIT- Published spec on the rim is 3 3/4" wide- That probably doesn't include the exterior "lips" which oughta add another 1/2", for a total of 4 1/4". Doesn't solve the tire problem, though.
Some wheelbarrow tires are sold as 4.80x4x8, and may prove narrower. These will fit the rims.
Can you spread the forks?
