I could use a push in the right direction here. Im looking to put ribbed or sawtooth tires on a rim that used to have these inappropriate knobby tires on them (sized 145/70-6) but I cant for the life of me figure out what size tires I need to buy. I measured the rim (see pictures below) it is about 5.2" in width (4.5" where the tires actually seat) and roughly 6.6" in height. With all of those dimensions could someone offer up a size of tire that might fit?

Thank you all!

You think those would work? Excellent! Thank you for your help. I'll get looking for a set of those 6x4.5 tires.

No. Denny was telling you that is a 6" rim 4.5" wide. If you want a sawtooth tire just google 6" sawtooth tire. The sawtooth pattern is probably going to be 4.10x3.50x6.
But If I were you I would get 13x5x6 turf tires.

The second number in the sequence is the tire width, correct? So wouldnt the width have to be at least 4.5"? So a 4.10x3.50x6 wouldnt be wide enough? I understand that the 13x5x6 would likely fit because the 5" width is where the tread is and where the bead seats would be closer to 4.5"

Yep. but, Like Crazy said it (4.10/3.50) will still work it will just look funny. Like one of those lowriders with the wide wheels and skinny tires. The rubber always conforms one way or another so you just gotta be in the ballpark.
