good afternoon guys I have a 80 tooth sprocket and a 54 tooth what one is better to use this is on a yerfdog with the predator 6.5 hp motor? I don't care about speed but ever guy loves to go fast

Need more information my friend. I assume you are talking about your driven sprocket on your axle, so how many teeth are on the driver sprocket and what is the overall diameter of your rear wheels?

With no other info, i would say use the 80. You are going to have to have real small tyres and the smallest tooth count possible on the clutch to use the 54

The front wheels are 4x6 the rear are 15x6x6 the motor sprocket is 10 tooth.im really just looking for a good setup for the sprockets sorry guys I'm new to karts

With 15" rear tyres, you cannot use a 54T sprocket. You could maybe get away with a 72.

What size chain? 80T sprocket can be big, with relatively small 15" Tires. Consider Sprocket to Ground Clearance.

Are you using a torque converter? I assume so.
8:1 with 15" tires would be a torque beast!!!! Climb mountains!! lol

If using TC, I think you can use the 54T with a 8T sprocket on the TC. If using Cent. Clutch not sure what best option is.

You will probably find that a stock kart like yours came with a TC. Somewhere along the life of the kart someone put a centrifugal clutch on it without changing the gear ratio. The kart has probably driven bad ever since. To find out the pitch of the sprocket, measure the distance between 2 consecutive teeth and post here. If it is 1/2", then it is a #40/#41 pitch, if it is 3/8, the it is #35
