Anyone have a suggestion? I guess I could add a jack shaft but I only need to change it 1 or 2 teeth. Changing the rear sprocket isn't an option it's welded on

I highly doubt that the one extra tooth will harm or improve anything. It's not worth the added cost IMO.

My sprocket is welded to the axle and it's a 40T. It too long enough to find that and I haven't been able to find a 42 or 44 tooth. So changing the clutch was the solution to my problem. Soo far the only 11t #35 3/4 bore clutch I've found is $60 and that's half of what I have in the whole project

The amazing (and irritating) part is that the biggest word in the sentence is actually spelled correctly- thus proving effort to f*&k everything else up...

I didn't even notice that TS! That's hilarious. Actually the 2 largest words "purchased" and "because".

He sent me a PM too. I've decided to find a larger rear sprocket to fix my low end speed issue. I rode it the other day and it flat out hauls once it gets moving but I would rather have something that's quick off the line. If I change from a 40T to a 50T it will drop my top speed from 32 to 26mph according to the calculator which will still be plenty fast.

if what your saying is that the sprocket is welded on just get a bigger sprocket and weld on the sprocket to the sprocket, does that make sense? anyways the extra tooth will hardly make a difference, get the one from amazon.
