are you gonna cut the pipe shorter? it sticks out pretty far.

ya. when you make hard turns it scrapes the ground.

not sure how long this bike will last at this point. we might just keep riding it until the engine falls out.

a more long term approach is using a set of wheel bearings and a tensioner arm to keep the chain tight.

that could have been an option

but the pipe wears slower! looked at it, and the chain barely dug into it, so far.
