I think its a Honda or clone, but not sure.

I name it ... "Phil". JK. I'd guess older Honda OHV, picture's hard to tell, looks larger than 6.5. Is there any tags, Casting #'s, serial #'s or any other identifiers you can work with? Does it run? Failing all else you could measure the bore and stroke (even loosely) and nail the size down.

How many cc,s is it? (does it have a 1" PTO)

If its a genuine Honda, It'll have the brand cast into the block somewhere.
