If you had to do this cut again, would you do it differently?
I'm asking for practical advice, since I'm in the exact same situation: need to cut a 25mm round notch into a 25 mm square steel tube.

If you have a hole saw of the right diameter, you could probably use that. I just figured this would be easiest for me at the time
