That's cool what is it from.....
I see your going also to need the shifting dog collars.....
How are you clutching(as in the disconnecting drive to change gears) this.

BTW this is 3 speed with revers, reverse gear just isn't on yet. I have the shifting dog collars, this is out of a Lawn mower transmission very very heavy duty weighed like 120 pounds plus. That's why i am going to make my own housing out of aluminium. I will have a manual clutch at the drive shaft that will go to the transmission. i have the existing dog collars this was just a mock up. OR should i make it out of wood lol jk.
