Hi guys, i bought a 2010 dark knight rolling chassis to fit a kx 125 engine that i had lying about.
okay basically this is how far ive got.
stripped rear axle, flipped it and put it back together. wanted to do this as there was less to drill for the keyway.
Fitted a clutch lever to my steering stem
okay, then took the engine to work to fabricate a engine mount and shifter brackets. ( hopefully my pics and vid will upload )
so the fabricated engine mount bolts to the original kart mount.
changed the rear sprocket carrier so its smaller and can take a 428 pitch chain also got a 428 pitch sprocket for my engine.
drilled and tapped a thread into the engine where the reedblock is so i got vacuum. its all coming together nicely so keep checking back for updates
