Most speaker manufactures have the recommended volume listed on there web site. I take that info and calculate it out. If you notice on this box, we had to allow the two side boxes to use a little more volume so we opened them up into the triangle area. That was due to the space that was lost for the area that had to go over the wheel wells. General rule of thumb is that a 10" speaker requires about 3/4 to 1 cubic feet of air space per driver.

We also had to seal the space that we mounted the 6x9's in from the subs or else the air pressure would have blown the 6x9's apart.

In some states, that a leagel marriage option. I think anything past your 2nd cousin. LOL

Yep, and not at all unusual until about a generation ago, especially in rural areas. Great grandparents were something like 4th cousins, great great grandparents were cousins:ack2: Id be willing to bet anyone with a rural family background has a family tree with lots of twists and turns.

I'm not even asking to know specifics about a certain motor, car, series, etc. Just, for the love of God, know what downshifting is and what it does and know why a transmission has gears.

At a very minimum, know how to change a spare tire and check oil, which is why I told my cousins Im not letting them drive their car till they learn how to.

If you can quickly trace your family tree and reach her, it's too close IMO.

(unless u are tasmanian)

talking of chics who know cars

iv found its guys who are the most usless ones

we had a swiss engineer do an exchange program on our farm and he put taperd wheel nuts on the wrong way

also if there is a car driving down the road making a horrible noise it is usually a guy driving

i think that mainly to do with girls asking for help rather than thinking they know it all

:iagree: 4th cousins or beyond though, DNA has been watered down 4 or more times on each side so common genes are very minimal.

Maybe not down under, but around here. Way back when, you were related to everyone in town so you didnt have much choice. Even now, when I go to the farm most of the neighbors are distant relatives. The only reason I even knew my friend and I were related was because her last name is Franklin and my great uncle went to school with her grandpa. It took me 2+ weeks of research to figure how how we were.

In my experience, cars going down the road making strange noises are driven by women. It usually a minivan making a horrible squealing sound.

If a man is driving car that's making noise you can pretty much bet it's one of two options.

Option 1; He's driving it for a girl because she came in and said it's making a funny noise or
Option 2; he's broke because he's married to the woman that said her car is making a funny noise.

LOL
