There was a question arise later, how to park it at the levelled position? Or can this stuff be used (other alternative) without attaching it to the motorbike? Then I found a solution to it by making a bendable / foldable stand.

This made me busy again last weekend.

I have also added two pieces of crossing bar (black color) to tie the tongue @ pull bar to the trailer body frame. I saw in internet that many trailer has that which I think no harm to put that. It can be used as a seat, or any other use.

Ah see, I knew you'd burn the paint :lolgoku:

Are there sides & a floor panel going in it?

Fabroman,

:cheers2: hahaha.. I know you would say that. However, it is quite hard to deny something like this would happen (burn the paint) when we put something else out of the original plan. It looks ugly only that part which I welded the additional stand. Yeah.. I should have proper blueprint in building this stuff in future. Some weakness in 1st attempt in building this stuff are good for future similar build.

At this moment, it does not affect the floor panel and side of the trailer body frame. These parts were not burned yet. However, I intend to do some modification to these parts after this. Possibly this would burn the paint again. The only constraint that always limit me in putting more parts is that would contribute to the weight of my mini trailer as well, not including the load that it carries. Some more the motorbike is of medium cc about 100cc - 150cc. It has limited pulling force.

I have purchased a 2nd set of motorbike suspension again. Possibly to build a 2nd mini trailer if have chance and time. Cannot say at this moment. This 1st build is more on the experimental build. However, building stuff is something fascinating me a lot. The stuff we made won't be as handsome as factory made, but handmade is something every man should feel proud of.. from his own hand works.

Speaking of my mini trailer floor, I intend to put the plastic tray just like in the photo. I just need to do some edge cutting to ensure the plastic tray can sit on the floor.

Feedback that I received from the old folk who intends to use this mini trailer saying that he will use it for transporting stuffs from farm like cocoa, pineapple fruit etc. So plastic tray like this is ideal enough and easily cleaned after use.
