1980 Datsun Pickup Restore.

Yep... She's a beaut. 1980 Datsun 720 Rust bucket.

includes Nissan L20b 4 cylinder, 5spd, but only 2wd.

Hope you dont plan on driving it in the winter in MN. Not bad for $250. For a 1980? 122k miles is pretty good, unless the odometer broke

missing passenger side mirror and there are lots of rust bubbles, so thats what you're seeing.

I have enough vehicles to do that with something more powerful.

Plans for this thing is a restoration, paint, rims, and a nice 4" drop.

It is RWD though of course, its a truck!

wait your gonna drop it 4 inches???? If i were you id restore it nice nice and get some decent suspension like a lift kit or something and then throw some decent sized tires on that thing and make it cool!!!

Lifting a 2wd truck makes about as much sense as putting super swampers on a drag car.

i just think itd look better either being left the way it is, or going higher. going lower would just look bad IMO.

Certain trucks just look better bagged and dropped. Old Nissans and Datsuns are among those trucks.

For one: Those are not trucks, those are utes.

Secondly: Two wheel drive ute do not look good up high and are about as useful as tits on a bull. 4x4 look silly low, but old datsuns and old 2wd Hilux need to be sacked.
