it was just a regular skate board tire pretty much new and i had speed demon bearings too.not sure what 99a means but a idler sprocket would be good and it wouldn't wear out you just have to line it up good. or a jackshaft would work.

thanks mckutzy learned something new. i wasn't much of a skater i always preferred two wheels
