How are u going to mount a seat with the chassis being so skinny? Ur obviously going to make it wider by adding a right angled triangle on each side right?

That's a chopped up Chinese 70cc or so atv, I'm cutting mine up to make a small kart too!

That front suspension reminds me of the little suspension pieces that used to come with legos! Ya' know, the little building block thingies!

Here are some updates:
I've also made the frame better and stronger. :)

Btw: I'm going to use an electric motor but how many watt does I need? :)
What size of sprocket do I need?

Il take it that its harder to find a clone in belguim, but could you use the engine from quad you got the main parts from?

oh yea pressing CTRL and -/+ really helps.

Why do you have the bearings for the rear axle so close together and really close to the centre? It's a VERY weak arrangement.

ATV rear end, they all look like that. The axle is much thicker and tapered as well. Though there is usually rear suspension to make up for it.
