My go-kart is a pressure washer

I don't have a gokart but have lots of go kart like engines. Honda gx200, clones, gx390, predator 459cc.
If I Google search something about tuning, doing minor mods, small engine geek stuff on any of the above mentioned engines a lot of times I get links to here.
It seems most people buy a machine other than a go-kart such as, a woodchipper, stump grinder, pressure washer, welder, air compressor, generator, riding lawnmower, etc they don't mod them or even make sure they run right.

How I mod stuff, I'm pretty much always going to leave the governor hooked up since these are yard machines without a hand on the throttle, might bump up the RPMs a bit to 3,800 to 4,000.
First mod I do is shtt can the non adjustable emissions approved carburetor that engines come with now a days that run so rich they will make your neighbors eyes bleed. Then pick through my jet collection to make the engine run not too rich not too lean but just right under load then maybe a little lean unloaded.
If it really godawful loud machine like a wood chipper or stump grinder I might do a long straight pipe exhaust that pipes exhaust up and away from people. The addition noise reminds people to stay away while this engine is running.

The nice people at https://www.nrracing.com will gladly help you make some power out of those pressure washer engines.
I just did some mods to a GX390 and the butt dyno says the HP output is easily doubled. NR claims as much as 35 hp is possible with enough money.
Governor removed, 34MM mikuni and a few other goodies, it easily turns 6K RPM. You MUST change the flywheel and con rod or expect to be picking up pieces. There is another guy here that did the same mods, but my memory fails me again.

The max speed on a pressure washer pump is usually 3,800 to 4,000 rpm, so I can't do full power mods.
My next gx390 mod will probably be 1.1 ratio rockers, NR racing 2 and 4 degree advance/retard crank keyways and NR racing exhaust pipe parts since they are fairly cheap and work at pedestrian RPM levels.
The pressure washer has a hard life. It runs full speed, 3,800rpm or so with the throttle wide open and the gun spraying about 99% of that time till it runs out of gas or I get finished before gas runs out and throttle it down while closing the fuel shutoff.
My understanding is you don't want to run sustained high RPMs greater than 4,000 to 4,500 depending who you ask because it will sling all the oil out of the rod/crank interface and the aluminum rod will try to weld it's self to the crank.
You can run 6,500rpm, just not for very long, have to slow down intermittently and let the big end of the rod have a drink of oil.

What's the sustained rpm limit for a stock style rod?

I would like to get another 10 to 20 years out of this engine.
Only reason I had to rebuild it was at some point some genius changed the air filter and tossed the o-ring that the air filter sits on. It was already burning oil due to ring wear when I got it.

Mud motor, the other application where you hold the engine wide open for extended time.
So a billet rod with a drilled splash arm is good for extended runs at 6,000rpm?
I'm assuming this rod doesn't have the drilled splash arm?
Edit: the rod does have a drilled splash arm.
