The front suspension block is in place, and the jig for the A-Arms is in construction. At this point I can see that the frame have a 1 or 2 mm torsion , and is on a hard surface clamped to distortion, I think that tomorrow it will be on the place. Thanks r97, I will try to make it perfect and with a lot of improvements.

cool looking kart. what size of tube are you using. looks like same 1 1/4. I used on my bike.

Approximately that, is 30 mm, measures in inches are a little bit difficult to find here in Portugal, is less 1.75 mm from 1 1/4.

How did you weld each joint ???

First I line up everything then I join everything with little points of TIG welding, the process I normally use for the welding, finally weld everything, normally with the structure in the jig. What happens is that my work table have a distortion due to be MDF, and with the humidity is a little bit warped.
And in one of the updraft tubes I give it more eat than the others, that is the point of distortion. Did I answer what you were asking???
