But I have problem with rear tires- they are only 26cm in diameter, i want larger but dont know where to get, because these are small and its going to be low speed

Thought about dual a arm front suspension? You are going to have a lot of camber change with those short a arms. It will be a little more work but will be a lot better.

For motor I'm going to use motor TOMOS A3 - 49ccm

Teeth on axle: 22
Teeth on motor: 26

The kart looks really good, but with that engine and ratio you're unlikely to even move at all. You've got a ratio of 0.85:1 with a TINY 49cc engine. Most people here with 6.5hp 200cc engines run a 5:1 or 4:1 ratio max, and acceleration is hardly mind blowing.

I'd be going with 8:1 or 9:1 to get any accel. at all, and since those motors rev heaps top speed will be alright, but you really need a bigger engine.

No, you want LESS teeth on the MOTOR, MORE teeth on the axle. Like 10 on the motor and 80 on the axle. Keep looking, without at least a 60 on the axle it won't be good at all.

So if i have 26 on motor and 70 on axle will be good. But this isnt agggregate motor, this is rom Tomos week motorbike

i was thinking i need less teeth on axle for speed

Oh so this is a moped engine? still too small for a go kart, but if possible i would just use the same rear sprocket that the moped used, since the kart will be heavier but have smaller tires.

Original is 26 on motor and 22 on axle. It goes about 50 km/h. So if i put on gokart smaller wheels and gokart will have less weight gokart will go but with smaller speed. For 8:1 is too big, because there will be little top speed. I think original will be ok whatever i will use smaller wheels

Sry if you dont understand me :)

I think people didnt understand that this was an engine from a moped, and had a transmission, i think most people were thinking chainsaw or weed wacker engine. Anyways, although it probably would move a little with stock gearing, that engine just doesnt have enough power for a go kart of this size.

I highly doubt that, but even if it is you have 4 tires instead of 2, and that is a very small and weak engine to start with. Try it if you want but that engine will not be what u want. A motorcycle engine around 200cc+ would be a better fit.
