So this is going to be my build. I just now bought a frame and most of you have seen the motor I have too. It's coming together slowly but I'm low in money so it will be a slow process.

That'll clean up nicely. It's amazing what a little elbow grease and paint will do for these old karts. Congrats on your acquisition.

"Streaker" eh? Does that mean you have to drive it nekkid?

Cut off that arm and pull it out. Tap the hole so you put a nipple, if you are gonna run a pump. If not, screw a self tapping screw into the hole, for future use.....

No need to re jet. We use a fuel pump when gravity no longer feeds the carb. The tank has to be an 1" or so above the carb inlet or fuel will not flow.

I don't know if this is applicable..( apologies in advance if its not.)...
On rc. Cars they have a hose leading from the exhaust into the top of the fuel tank..this puts pressure in the tank and forces the fuel through the lines..

No, like this..... GRRRRRRRR my tablet is as fast as molasses......
You would use a pulse pump. The one you have would most likely be too much pressure..... I'm trying to post a pic.....

That one you have puts out like 3-7 psi IIRC. You would have to use a pressure regulator and drop it to like... NO pounds...... Just a trickle.....
