i decided to take my 6x8 shed i built for storage and convert it into an engine workshop.
since i live in an apartment at my parents house and use the front part of the garage for working in it got a little bad with gas fumes seeping into the house. my parents are 85 and 75 and i dont need them getting sick.
i moved all my storage stuff to a loft in my garage and made this,
there is going to be a 12 volt bilge fan ducted out through a dryer duct for ventilation. this way i can have gas and exhaust fumes sucked out, yep i will run motors in the shed with that fan.
i plan on getting cookie sheets for when i breakdown a motor to collect any spillage.

heres the start of it, pics are hard to get with the space but you will get the idea.

Every engine will fire up, just need cleaning and tuning. The ones on the floor are my bigger ones, 440 sled motor, 250 polaris, and 20hp jlo from my amphib. Still have a 200cc not there from my trike too. Soon will be the kazuma 110cc from mini chopper.

Plenty of winter projects to keep me busy.

Awesome! I would love to have something similar to this, I don't just have the space and time to do this kind of thing.

Nice job and goodluck ;)
Are you planning to buy old engines and sell them repaired?

I am hoping to match motors to karts and mini bikes based on overall best performance.
At the moment i have 4 mini bike frames and 3 more go karts to be built.

Will do. I am looking forward to doing 2 karts in particular.
One is my manco single seater and the other is manco 2 seater.
My 2 1/2 year old granddaughter loves these and i want the 2 seater to ride her around in. She will have a blast.
