Been a while since its over and id like to show the final product for my nephew.
Gave him at christmas and it was **** of an happy kid ! He turned 6 years old and driving fine.
Here's some photos of the kart.
I originaly used a Kettcar pedals kart, removed pedals and modified frame so it can hold the motors and batteries, cut the rear end.
Used a My1020 500watt motor from ebay and controller, 60t rear sprocket, disc brake and caliper is from bicycle with discs brakes
System is 24 volts using 2 batteries 12v 15ah sealed
And body made of woods , made something light since weight of the kart is around 40kg.
Now it's my time to have fun, I'll make one for myself !!
