My E85 kart

Well been working on this one for awhile now. Spun a rod in this motor a month ago and decided to build it.

Engine: gx160

Mods:
New Carb w/ .040 jet
Header
rod
flat top piston
mild cam (race ready version 2)
18lb springs
valves lapped
and alittle porting

Fuel: E85

Decided to go with E85 cause I liked what I was hearing about it over on 4 cycle.

Just watch for the corrosive nature of ethanol it will eat away at your seals/some gaskets.

I know the seat looks sketchy but I'll work on it soon

so just any carb jetted to .040? givin the engine of course but im using a predator so about the same if im not mistaken. also would anyone know if it would void the warranty to run ethanol?

well i mean to say if i got a diff carb from the factory stock one and just ran that way

I have the stock carb and if I'm not mistaken there pretty much the same. My warranties long gone haha

The rod was burning on the crank and it was all chewed up

Question: What kind of horse power do you think I'm at now? and since I have a standard centrifugal clutch it probably won't let me go about 8Hp right?
